Needing a self portrait for my website I made this using Illustrator and Photoshop. I started with a clear photograph I took of myself and started building geometry on top of it with the pen tool in Ai. After the low poly geomtric triangles were all drawn and fitting closely I color picked from the photo and snapped them together. Then I brought my image into Ps to add the ink elements on an additional layer.
